National Director

Viva exists to give vulnerable children around the world the chance of a happier, healthier, and brighter future. With a focus on partnership, and working with other agencies to develop joint initiatives and responses, Viva works with local and thematic networks to change whole cities for children at risk.
For its India Regional Centre, Viva is looking for a National Director who will provide leadership to a small and dynamic team and lead Viva to its next level of growth.
Applicants are expected to be committed Christians with a post-graduate degree and a minimum of fifteen years of experience in the development sector of which at least five need to be at senior management level. They must also have an understanding of issues relating to children at risk and a commitment to Viva’s mandate of working through local and thematic networks and the church.
Excellent networking, planning, analytical, fundraising and inter-personal skills are essential along with the ability to deliver results in a collaborative environment.
