Viva’s Quality Improvement System takes churches and organisations on a journey towards international standards in topics including child protection, financial accountability, project management and good governance. It enables these organisations to provide quality care for children as they put good systems in place and become more sustainable.

To initially run QIS with a partner network is a three-year investment; this includes the set-up phase, the two-year programme, and then a further (up to a year) of continued implementation support and verification. £25,000 is the cost for one year - the total cost to run QIS with one cohort of 20 churches is £75,000. 43% covers in-country training costs, 21% in-country facilitation costs, and 36% covers Viva coordination and administration costs.
