Isaac is a Social Communicator and holds a Master's in Project Management for Investment and Development. With over 15 years of experience in children's rights, he specialises in project management and advocacy at the local, national, and international levels, fostering impactful community development. Representing Viva, he coordinates the Plan and Management Governance area for the Global Movement for Children in LAC.  

As a Senior Coach, Isaac supports the development of seven partner networks in LAC and serves as a model for effective coaching practices globally. Through advocacy and being "More Vocal," he guides networks worldwide to advocate for children’s rights through policy and cultural change. Passionate about empowering local leaders, Isaac strengthens their influence to build better communities and improve the lives of vulnerable children.
