Karina is a people-oriented professional who is deeply committed to the growth and development of others. Her professional background in Audiology, a health-focused field, combined with her pastoral experience, allows her to establish a special connection with pastors and leaders, develop great relationships, and understand their needs and challenges. She loves it when the church comes together to be light. She has a degree in Theology and is currently studying for a degree in Public Administration.  

She finds it a great privilege to support the network coordinators and their team in their efforts to protect children. Creating networks of protection, learning, and joint work is responding to Jesus's dream: " May they be one as you and I are One." She feels that being part of the Viva Global family is amazing and that people coming together can make a difference everywhere
