Kezia M’Clelland has 15 years of experience in international development and has spent time living in both Africa and the Middle East working alongside faith-based organisations to support their work with children and families.

Kezia has a specialism in equipping people supporting children affected by conflict and disaster, with an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS. Kezia is a qualified coach and spiritual director and brings these skills alongside her overseas experience to support Viva’s global team.
