Miriam Kniffen
HR Administrator
With a background in languages, Miriam has spent the majority of the last twenty years involved in charity and small business administration in the UK, France and Morocco. She first joined Viva in 2015 and, after a short break, re-joined in 2020. An associate member of the CIPD, Miriam now works as an HR Administrator at Viva.
Miriam works closely with Kezia, the Director for People & Organisation, to ensure that Viva’s employees flourish by thriving in their roles and having the right skills and competencies to deliver Viva’s strategy. Among her responsibilities are recruitment, reviewing policies, and keeping Viva up to date with employment law.
