Paul has worked with people from various cultures in Uganda and worldwide, including communities in various African countries, the UK, Canada, Holland, and Ukraine. At ACET, as part of a consultant team, he supported the rollout of Tearfund UK’s corporate priority of responding to HIV and AIDS with their partners in Africa. This included developing strategy, programme design, and intervention evaluation. 

As the Head of coaching, Paul contributes to strategic decision-making as part of the Network Partnerships Leadership Team. His role is to lead and inspire a strong team of motivated, engaged, and focused individuals who support the leaders of Viva’s partner networks in leading well.
