Tryphosa Kwagala
Monitoring and Evaluation Manager and Coach
Tryphosa has extensive experience monitoring and evaluating multi-sectoral programmes. Previously, she served as Country Manager for the Africa Education Trust (AET), which is now part of Street Child, a UK-based organisation dedicated to providing educational opportunities for children.
Tryphosa holds a degree in Community Psychology, a Master’s in Monitoring and Evaluation, and a speciality in Gender Studies. Tryphosa is pivotal in advancing effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) approaches for partner networks at Viva, ensuring accountability and continuous learning. She also provides expert coaching support to two African networks, helping networks enhance their capacity to track progress and demonstrate impact.
Passionate about mentoring and knowledge-sharing, Tryphosa is dedicated to creating lasting change. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to seeing tangible improvements in the lives of beneficiaries, particularly children, through meaningful and impactful initiatives.
